Happy Wednesday everybody! As you might know already, I love to cook and bake. I think that one of the best ways to appreciate other foodie bloggers is to try out their recipes. Some of my favorite recipe blogs are:
I could keep going, but I’m going to share one of the recipes that I tested from Arman @ The Big Man’s World. Honestly, I was a bit skeptical that greek yogurt and applesauce could actually make good brownies, but they DID! They were AMAZING. I share pictures below and a link back to Arman’s recipe.
Here are the ingredients for some of the healthiest, moistest brownies I’ve ever had. . .
Chocolate Chips (If you are dairy free you can use dairy free chocolate chips)
I didn’t take pictures of all the dry ingredients, but here they are mixed together. I mixed organic sugar (Arman said that you could use coconut sugar), whole wheat flour+coconut flour, baking powder, salt, and chocolate chips together.
And added in the wet ingredients.
It’s supposed to be Greek yogurt, but we had this no-fat yogurt, that I like to use better in baking than eating straight, so I used that instead.
And farm fresh eggs. . . 🙂
You mix it all together and … voila… you put it in a 9×9 baking dish and try to take lame pictures that are a little too bright.
They come out of the oven, and your mom has to remind your over-eager self to let them cool before cutting.
And last of all, you cut them up, share a couple plates with your mail lady and your fed-ex office lady and eat the rest with your family!
Here is Arman’s Recipe!!! Check out his blog and find many more DELICIOUS, healthy, unique creative recipes!
