Today’s guest post is one that is close to my heart, because my relationship with exercise has developed over the years. It went from being an obsession to a joy. It’s become more about going to ‘move happy’ instead of burning calories. This is also one of the things the Bloggers Gonna Blog gals have taught me. Exercise isn’t about the way your body looks so much as the health of the body, soul, mind and spirit. I move happy, so I can serve the Lord Jesus Christ, my captain, with my whole body, soul, heart, mind, spirit, and strength.
Matthew 12:30-31, ‘And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.’
Oh boy… That’s what I say when I’m excited, because I’m excited to another guest post that highlights one of the other beautiful women from Bloggers Gonna Blog. For a long time, I had a bad relationship with exercise. It’s not that exercise is bad.
