I don’t use a lot of specialty foods when I eat. What do I mean by specialty foods? For me I’m actually talking about extra protein powders, supplements, matcha, or ______ (fill in the blank.) These foods are ones that you might see going around Instagram, and though I LOVE seeing the creations that people use to make their foods I want to encourage you that you don’t have to use matcha or protein powder to enjoy food. You can just enjoy food. Of course God DEFINITELY made matcha, so it is a good thing. God created protein, and He gave someone the idea for protein powder, so these are all good things. I just don’t use a lot of them besides collagen and BCAA’s (which I won in a giveaway!)
I’m not really a girl that has to have her caviar either. I just love bread and butter, crackers and cheese, salad and dressing.
I like simple foods. It makes it easier for me to not focus on food. I like eating a bowl of oatmeal that has milk, peanut butter, honey, and some dried fruit or nuts. I just like easy food.
