I used to have certain ‘categories’ of food in my head. Icecream and chocolate and desserts were ‘unhealthy’ in my mind. And anything green or fruity or brown (if it was rice or bread) was ‘healthy.’
I love how Sarah and Robyn both often talk about how different foods can be healthy for your mind and body. These dietitians LIVE that food freedom out, and they are both some of my biggest inspirations for recovery.
