Last week I asked the question, ‘Is Recovery Entirely Possible?’ I’ve realized that I’m far more recovered than I ever thought I would be; I was reminded of that today after I completed a 8(ish) mile run. I didn’t want to restrict; I wanted to get in as much food as possible.
