Anxiety used to consume at least 90% of my meals and exercise sessions. Exercise wasn’t enjoyable or fun. Eating was torturous. And I’ve finally began to realize how much anxiety can smother us in so many areas of our life. God blessed me with the opportunity meet a sweet fellow blogger who has an AWESOME story about overcoming anxiety, that she shares on her blog at ‘Petite Heartbeat.’
By God’s grace Ivanna has and is overcoming anxiety. She is going on to encourage, lift up, and share her story with others. Ivanna radiated so much joy when I met her.
